Administrator ->Administrators are the highest ranking staff members who have the most power over the forum. Admins can move, edit, delete, and lock posts whenever needed as well as warn, ban or punish members as needed. They have all the powers of the moderators plus additional abilities to create new boards, sticky threads, and create forum plot lines. -> Ela Parks, [url=] View Profile[/url]
Responsibilities + Overall watch of the forum + Updates to boards, applications, rules, etc. + Give out warnings, bans, etc. + Move, edit, and delete posts if necessary + Accept applications + Send out monthly newsletter + Keep updated on all information and members + Make needed changes to forum + Answer questions via posts or PM
Game Masters -> Game Masters are the ones who approve and decline applications and create the main plots for the forums. They are like secondary admins for when the administrator is gone. Game Masters also thoroughly inspect every post to ensure guidelines and rules are being met.
Responsibilities + Accept applications + Enforce rules + Aid in creating forum plots + Give out warnings + Move, delete, edit posts when necessary + Lock threads if necessary + Answer questions via PM or posts + Change rules as necessary
Game Moderators -> Game Moderators are the ones who continually watch the role plays throughout the forum. They inspect every post to ensure guidelines are met, characters are respected, and rule are being followed. They have the ability to lock inactive threads, threads which have resulted in arguments, and other unnecessary posts they feel the need to lock.
Responsibilities + Read through every RP post + Give out warnings, on forum + Enforce posting rules + Aid in proposing forum changes and updates
Global Watch -> The Global Watch review all posts throughout the forum, including discussions, role plays, character applications and introductions to ensure tat content, signatures, and avatars are meeting the appropriate guidelines and do not contain offensive or obscene content. They post OOC to give out warnings and report to a Game Master or Admin of executive offenders. Also, Global watch can respond to applications which do not meet requirements, though they cannot accept them.
Responsibilities + Read through all posts on forum. + Ensure all rules are followed + Hand out verbal warnings on forum
